Grant Programs
Since 1991, CTC has distributed more than $1.2 million to nonprofits, local agencies and community-based groups throughout the state for projects that support the planting and care of trees and promote education and outreach for community forestry. Funding has been provided through the Colorado State Forest Service, the US Forest Service, Xcel Energy, and numerous other sponsors and partners. Grant-funded projects have involved thousands of volunteers and resulted in the planting and care of nearly 100,000 trees.
